Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics
2 – 5 years of experience in Management Consulting domain (HealthCare or Public Sector)
A proven passion for one of the areas explained above
Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written)
Good relational and Analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams; availability to travel and focus on the goals

Responsibilities

Design of “IT Architectures” and “IT Frameworks” (Organizations and Processes)
IT Cost Benefits Analysis in HealthCare or public administration domains
Analysis and Redesign of HealthCare or public sector processes
Market analysis in order to support the building of partnership for new services
Drafting of project documentation (technical and functional)
Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams
Contributes to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution
Contributes to client management and relationships building
