Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of progressive experience in research analytics, workforce strategy, people analytics, talent intelligence, or related roles. Demonstrated experience with complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and exploratory research methodologies is required, along with proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. Proven expertise in designing and leading advanced analytics projects in ambiguous, abstract, or rapidly evolving environments, and experience partnering with cross-functional teams across People, Finance, and the Business are essential. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Workforce Strategy & Insights will drive advanced, research-driven analytics and scenario modeling to generate actionable insights and inform workforce strategies. They will design and implement robust assessments, measurement frameworks, and forecasting analyses to support AI & skills-based workforce transformation agendas. This role involves collaborating closely with partners across the People Team, Finance, Operations, and Business leaders on strategic projects, and conducting exploratory analytics to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations. The analyst will also monitor external workforce trends, emerging research methodologies, and new technologies, while partnering with the People Data Solutions & AI team to develop and scale internal tools and solutions.
