Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant courses
  • At least two (2) years of experience in sales support/administration
  • Experience/knowledge in using Salesforce platform, including reporting and dashboards
  • Experience with other reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred
  • Experience working with clients, multiple internal groups, and technical teams to see a task or project through to completion
  • Quality driven, detail-oriented, a proficient multitasker, and consistently meets deadlines
  • Proactive approach to learning and development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Amenable to work in a mid or night-shift schedule (US Time zone) and work in a hybrid setup (at least twice a week in the office)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales representatives and other revenue partners in areas such as Opportunity process management, sales enablement, process improvements, lead management, and other lead to cash tasks
  • Serve as the gatekeeper who manages access to strategic operational systems used by sales, marketing, and customer success functional groups
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle, increasing accuracy by addressing where data and process improvement can be achieved
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute actionable reporting insights on sales and marketing activity
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices while developing insights and recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Partner with Revenue and Business Intelligence teams to build processes that help supervise and maintain data quality within the operational ecosystem
  • Create and manage Salesforce.com data records to assist sales team members
  • Own and ensure data accuracy within the lead assignment process
  • Ensure process improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency and make updates as required
  • Perform research as needed or advised
  • Support the Sales team and Sales leadership on daily tasks as required and act as a Liaison between Sales and other departments
