Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in the Human Resources domain, including relevant exposure to HR Business Partnering in IT, consulting, or high-volume service environments
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices, with hands-on experience in performance management, employee experience, and policy implementation
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders, with a collaborative mindset that drives alignment and shared outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and engage across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for identifying trends and translating insights into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Champion the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with Walmart’s values
  • Manage the end-to-end associate lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding, with a focus on operational excellence
  • Execute cyclical people processes such as goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, promotions, and compensation planning, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Facilitate and support team-level talent discussions, enabling leaders to identify development opportunities, succession plans, and career pathways
  • Deliver insights into people trends, leveraging internal data and external benchmarks to inform strategic decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Design and lead engagement initiatives and communication forums, fostering transparency, inclusion, and a strong sense of associate belonging
  • Develop and manage associate satisfaction and retention programs, tailored to CES needs, aimed at boosting morale and long-term engagement
  • Support learning and development efforts, coordinating programs that build future-ready skills and promote career growth
  • Coach and enable Team Leaders and Managers, helping them navigate people responsibilities, resolve team challenges, and lead with empathy and clarity
  • Collaborate across HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of people transactions, policy compliance, and continuous feedback loops for process improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards, tracking progress against people priorities and surfacing trends to inform future talent strategies
