Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with 5+ years of experience in a customer analytics or insights role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including a proven record of building complex interactive dashboards with advanced DAX, coupled with strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets from relational databases
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to listen to stakeholder needs and articulate complex customer insights clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enrich analytics solutions and tools focused on the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention
  • Analyze complex customer datasets to extract actionable insights on behavior, trends, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand customer needs, identify data gaps, and build solutions to enhance customer engagement and mitigate churn risk
  • Present clear and compelling findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage and deliver on quick-turnaround ad-hoc projects related to specific customer inquiries or trends
  • Mentor junior analysts and apply advanced analytics to unstructured customer feedback to uncover deeper insights
