Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience in Corporate Development and at least 2 years of experience in investment banking or a similar role in transaction services at a Big 4 accounting firm. A relevant undergraduate degree in business or finance is required, along with demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, and financial modeling. The role also requires the ability to communicate complex transaction information to stakeholders and senior executives, and a willingness to travel as needed.
The Senior Analyst will support inorganic growth opportunities by conducting research and analysis on market opportunities and potential acquisition targets. Responsibilities include playing an active role in all phases of transaction execution, such as due diligence and preparing investment documentation. The analyst will also monitor M&A activity, maintain databases of comparables and benchmarks, manage the M&A pipeline, and develop target profiles and industry landscape overviews.
