Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least five years of experience in the telecom industry, specifically focused on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), in-building solutions, or wireless network infrastructure. They must demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling, and possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Familiarity with pricing models, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis, coupled with a strong technical foundation, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will drive the pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and deal support for JMA Wireless’s Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) business for 4G and 5G networks. Key responsibilities include conducting competitive pricing analysis, developing pricing models to optimize DAS pricing, supporting sales engagements through competitive benchmarking and business cases, performing margin analysis and contract evaluations, enhancing revenue forecasting accuracy, and driving the new product requirements process in coordination with relevant teams. The role also involves analyzing market trends, customer requirements, and competitor pricing, and advising management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
