Requirements

  • Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI, with a proven ability to lead the buyer's journey and recommend accelerated computing solutions
  • Skilled at delivering engaging training sessions and presentations, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, relatable insights that resonate with sales audiences
  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable depth of knowledge and background
  • Minimum 12 years of field experience, with at least 5 years in sales roles related to data center technologies supporting AI such as storage, networking, or accelerated computing. Training delivery experience is required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English
  • Ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as required
  • Develop training materials based on NVIDIA's innovative AI and data center technologies and sales motions, partnering with SMEs to design course proposals, and ensure training content is aligned with company strategies
  • Actively listen to the workshop audience, understand their concerns and questions, and translate their feedback into actionable ideas to enhance our training content
  • Recruit and train internal team members to deliver specific sessions of workshops
  • Develop instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials
  • Participate in internal test deliveries to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Actively seek feedback from students and industry partners to enhance course content
  • Oversee the production and curation of AI Sales training content to support NVIDIA's channel partners
  • Work closely with NVIDIA’s sales leaders, partner organization, product, and technical marketing teams to ensure partner field sales teams are well-prepared to use NVIDIA AI solutions effectively
