The Senior AI Campaign Manager will guide clients through strategy, testing, and ongoing optimization of high-value campaigns leveraging Simon’s AI suite, advising on audience segmentation, creative optimization, and journey orchestration to drive measurable ROI. They will also serve as an AI Thought Leader, exploring new technologies, accelerating onboarding value, mentoring teams, and acting as an extension of the client team to deliver impactful, personalized experiences at scale. Furthermore, this role involves leading strategic outcomes, bridging strategy and tech, playing an expert role in new business conversations, diagnosing and solving complex challenges, and shaping product evolution through close collaboration with various teams.
