Requirements

Expert-level skills in data and AI engineering platforms (Microsoft Copilot, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG)
Strong proficiency in Python
Proven ability to design and implement scalable pipelines and agentic AI solutions
Advanced experience with structured and unstructured data, including validation and quality checks
Familiarity with code quality and security tools: Lint, Prettier, Veracode, SonarQube
Practical knowledge of CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Terraform) and cloud-native platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional desirable experience: AI security and robust implementation

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and agentic AI solutions to power advanced analytics and intelligent automation
Lead the implementation of scalable AI-driven workflows using platforms such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
Work with both structured and unstructured data, leveraging advanced tools, AI platforms, and statistical quality controls
Architect and build scalable, production-grade applications with deep expertise in Python
Take ownership of key technical deliverables across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Apply and advocate best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and DevOps
Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAGs) and stay current with emerging technologies
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Support agile project delivery, participate in team ceremonies, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Hands-on development of data pipelines, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automations
Reviewing code, troubleshooting, and optimizing data and AI-driven workflows
Facilitating technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, data science, legal, security, policy)
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high standards in technical delivery
