Requirements

  • Comfortable in a hybrid setup, with 2 days a week in the NYC office and flexibility to work remotely
  • 7+ years of experience in branding, advertising, or design agencies (not PR or media), with deep understanding of the agency landscape
  • Consultative sales approach and excel at building long-term, strategic partnerships for sustained revenue growth
  • Experience working closely with creative agencies and understanding their dynamics
  • Confident leading product demos and presenting to senior stakeholders, translating tech into tangible value
  • Driven, with consistent follow-through from building pipeline to closing deals aligned with business goals
  • Work smart using technology and automation to streamline workflows, measure impact, and hit KPIs
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms or similar tech products is a plus
  • Any prior experience in the SaaS industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build relationships with creative agencies that align with Frontify’s vision, ensuring they see the value in the platform
  • Effectively showcase the value of Frontify through tailored presentations and demonstrations aligned with agency needs and workflows
  • Monitor, track, and optimize agency-driven opportunities to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
  • Onboard new agency partners and empower them to confidently present, sell, and integrate Frontify’s offerings
  • Consistently work toward sales targets and business goals, measuring success through partner engagement and revenue growth
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and acquiring agency partners within the creative agency space
  • Drive measurable sales opportunities through strategic and empathetic engagement
  • Spearhead training, coordination, and enablement initiatives to empower partners in the US
  • Deliver seamless and impactful onboarding experiences highlighting mutual revenue growth opportunities
  • Position agency partners as platform experts to maximize their success and contribute to business growth in the East Coast US
