Responsibilities

  • Act as an authoritative technical voice to guide customers towards enhancing value realization
  • Collaborate with strategic customers to build innovative product features that become candidates for general availability based on measured value
  • Deeply understand customer’s business use cases and value metrics to discover new opportunities using latest AEM technologies and early access features
  • Develop technical proof-of-concepts and leverage AI experimentation to assess and validate business value outcomes in collaboration with customer teams
  • Engage with and communicate recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams
  • Work across functional and product area boundaries to bring the best of Adobe to the customer
  • Create and share knowledge to scale expertise across the AEM community internally and externally
  • Perform hands-on product development, including coding to build software, solve sophisticated customer problems, and make solutions bullet-proof and self-service
  • Promote solutions and guide customers to success
