Responsibilities
- 業界構造・社会動向・技術潮流を踏まえた、新規事業/サービスの構想と戦略立案
- AIやデータ分析を活用した価値検証、ユーザー行動の理解と仮説構築
- 機械学習モデルを活用した新機能（金融サービス、レコメンド等）の要件定義と開発推進
- 法制度や事業上の制約を考慮した、サービス実現方法の設計
- 社内外関係者との調整・合意形成を含む、プロジェクト全体の進行管理
- 事業KPI設計、及び目標達成に向けた各種施策（利用促進・サービス改善等）の企画と実行
- PayPayが展開する加盟店事業の企画メンバーとして、構想・戦略・社会実装の全プロセスに関与
- 自社サービスとして新規事業を立ち上げ、その運営・収益化まで一気通貫で関わる
- 圧倒的な決済事業基盤と優れた開発力を活かし、国内での新たな市場/ニーズを開拓する
- 店舗のDX支援を通じて、社会的意義の大きなサービスに関わる
- グループ企業（SoftBank、LINEヤフー等）など様々な分野の企業様と関わり、人脈と視野を広げる
