  • Experience in account management, sales, or business development in payments, fintech, or related fields
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities to protect, grow, and upsell
  • Skills in managing a pipeline of opportunities from existing accounts or new prospects, including end-to-end processes for pricing and incentives
  • Technical and functional knowledge of Visa products/solutions (e.g., Cybersource, Verifi, Featurespace, payments, risk, dispute management)
  • Proactive engagement with clients and Visa leadership in planning discussions
  • Partnership skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., product/solutions, marketing, consulting & analytics, risk, innovation, partnerships)
  • Ability to aid in RFPs/RFIs responses, presentations, knowledge sharing, coaching, and training
  • Experience achieving revenue growth, new sales bookings, and quarterly business goals
  • Understanding of local Thailand market needs and payment acceptance ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities to protect, grow, and upsell
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from existing accounts or new prospects, driving end-to-end processes including pricing, incentives, and approvals
  • Lead revenue generation while meeting strategic business objectives
  • Achieve and report quarterly business goals and results
  • Engage proactively with clients and Visa leadership in regular planning discussions
  • Acquire and maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products by working with Product/Solutions teams
  • Partner with peers in other functional areas to execute projects leveraging Visa’s resources
  • Aid in the completion and presentation of RFPs and RFIs responses when needed
  • Provide knowledge sharing, coaching, and training across functional teams and/or regions as a subject matter expert
  • Drive expansion of Visa business via VAS Acceptance solutions for merchants, acquirers, and service providers in Thailand
