Responsibilities

  • Follow organizational policies and procedures and maintain clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet client requirements
  • Liaise with dealers and internal business partners about sales opportunities you will be managing
  • Design processes for informing clients of rates, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by clients
  • Work directly with clients to collect information, sell additional products and services to current clients, and ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Oversee and coordinate all sales and marketing activities for Command for hauling (Autonomous Hauling Solutions - AHS)
  • Dive deep into client profiles to uncover opportunities, develop sales strategies, and engage with clients to understand their needs
  • Provide tailored solutions and develop innovative comprehensive proposals that address client requirements
  • Negotiate to secure favorable terms and work closely with the contract team to finalize agreements
