Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Directors to develop and execute high-caliber client strategies, translating plans into actionable execution
  • Drive development and execution of client strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead client engagements, build innovative growth-oriented strategies, and foster strong relationships
  • Maintain client relationships, proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities
  • Own performance outcomes and successful execution of program work with high delivery standards
  • Drive day-to-day campaign operations, lead team execution, set priorities and deadlines
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with teams for optimization
  • Ensure operational excellence across campaign activities
  • Deliver impactful data insights aligned to client KPIs through storytelling
  • Oversee presentation of high-level data insights to inform strategy, optimizations, and decisions, partnering with analytics team
  • Guide team in using data to support performance and growth
  • Manage high-value affiliate partnerships aligned with growth targets
  • Develop innovative partnerships, stay ahead of market trends, attend industry events, lead brainstorming
  • Leverage internal publisher development team to optimize partner relationships
  • Manage and develop direct reports with mentorship and coaching in strategic thinking, accountability, and project management
  • Support Program Directors in team cohesion and growth opportunities
  • Delegate responsibilities for seamless execution and team efficiency
