Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a hands-on Search Engine Marketing role, preferably within an agency, and hold a 2:1/1st degree or above. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and data interpretation. Experience working with retail/ecommerce clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager - Advertising will be responsible for hands-on execution and optimization of SEM accounts, testing and scaling campaigns across Amazon Ads and other retail media channels including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok Ads, and affiliates. They will analyze and optimize existing campaigns, manage monthly budgets, communicate with clients, deliver weekly and monthly reporting, conduct competitor analysis, and work closely with SEO and Analytics teams to drive integrated strategies and insights. Additionally, the role involves providing specialist SEM advice and contributing to consulting projects as needed.
