Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Communication, or a related field, and advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level) for clear communication with English-speaking clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with confidence in public speaking and group facilitation, both in person and virtually. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also necessary, alongside emotional intelligence including empathy, patience, and assertiveness. Experience with Google Workspace and/or Salesforce is preferred, and basic knowledge of content creation and digital media is a plus.
The Senior Account Management Lead will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction through ongoing support and wellness activity coordination. They will design and execute engagement strategies based on program usage and client feedback, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating and delivering wellness talks, crisis interventions, and on-site/virtual activities. The role involves analyzing usage reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities, handling end-to-end activity proposals and quotations, creating digital wellness content, and ensuring accurate client documentation and platform registration. Additionally, the Lead will support annual contract renewals and provide usage data to drive client retention.
