Requirements

  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers
  • Familiarity with the US Federal Government sector, including existing customers in Federal Agencies
  • Ability to work 100% through the channel with strategic partners and Government contracts
  • Experience in public sector sales, ideally with land and expand strategies in enterprise-level clients

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets on assigned territory/patch
  • Qualify inbound leads for new opportunities and demonstrate the value of Sonar products in the CI/CD lifecycle
  • Leverage existing customer deployments to expand footprints in Federal Agencies
  • Identify strategic targets and execute campaigns to convert prospects
  • Manage outbound prospecting efforts within territory to find new sales opportunities
  • Implement the company's large deal sales strategy, focusing on enterprise-level clients
  • Create and evolve detailed strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (VP of Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Channels, RevOps) to grow accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Federal clients, understanding their needs and offering scalable solutions
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
