Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, with experience in the CPG and/or Food Service industry
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of leadership, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual (French, English) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales growth plans (distribution, pricing, merchandising) via multi-year Joint Business Plans with multiple distributors across their business units
  • Partner with marketing to enable distributors’ sales team to sell to away-from-home users and other distributors with marketing programs
  • Review monthly sales, end user performance and upcoming pipeline to develop plans to deliver sales growth
  • Day-to-day account management: Trade spend, reconciliations, travel budgets
  • Handle relationship up to director/VP-level with the distributor
  • May have direct reports
  • Responsible for supply chain management, trade funds, stewardship, pricing implementation and working with distributor sales teams
  • Travel up to 10% (Canada/USA)
  • Deliver sales objectives at assigned customers and lead the relationship and sales with P&G Professional customers and distributors
