3+ years of experience in account management, with experience in the CPG and/or Food Service industry
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Track record of leadership, tenacity, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual (French, English) is an asset
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales growth plans (distribution, pricing, merchandising) via multi-year Joint Business Plans with multiple distributors across their business units
Partner with marketing to enable distributors’ sales team to sell to away-from-home users and other distributors with marketing programs
Review monthly sales, end user performance and upcoming pipeline to develop plans to deliver sales growth
