They must demonstrate knowledge of safe lifting procedures and food safety guidelines, and the ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, perform basic math functions, solve problems, and communicate effectively in English.
This position involves reading pick sheets to locate products within the warehouse, accurately picking and labeling products, building pallets according to established standards, loading pallets onto trailers, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, communicating issues to the management team, operating warehouse equipment safely, completing paperwork, tracking time spent on assignments, adhering to a specific work schedule, and meeting productivity levels. The role also includes performing other duties as assigned by management.
