Experience marketing to technical, revenue, or brand-centered roles within B2B is essential, along with strong skills in translating customer insights into actionable strategy and conducting customer research. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, proficiency with project management tools, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities are necessary. Familiarity with presentation building and public speaking, as well as comfort with experimentation and testing, particularly with AI tools, is also required.
The Segment Marketing Manager will develop and own the go-to-market strategy for defined audiences, focusing on collecting and translating market, competitor, and customer insights into marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing segment marketing strategies, driving segment campaign development in collaboration with channel owners and project management teams, and acting as the central source of segment truth by bringing together insights from the field. The role involves regular engagement with prospects and customers, partnering with Product to identify utilization and adoption metrics, and collaborating with Sales and Sales Enablement to share key insights and develop activation materials.
