Actively patrol and monitor all areas of the property through rotating assignments, including the exterior using various modes of transportation (may include bending, lifting, carrying, running, and extended periods of standing/walking)
Perform necessary duties in emergency situations, including rendering appropriate first aid, CPR/AED responsive care (retrieving and utilizing equipment, following protocols), initiating and conducting evacuation procedures
Physically push, pull, lift, carry, or move another individual (including injured persons), physically engage and restrain a person who is threatening or poses harm, move quickly between locations (using stairs and ramps)
Secure the scene to prevent further loss or damage, advise personnel of threats and potential threats, summon emergency responders
Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees, resolve complaints and issues involving both guests and employees
