The Secretary/Bookkeeper will manage daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including answering phones, entering work orders, processing invoices, researching permits and licenses, and providing office support. Responsibilities also include maintaining financial and project records, coordinating with project teams, and managing filing systems.
