Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, handling bulky/awkward items, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and 25 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions while delivering excellent customer service
Keep service quick, easy, and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing knowledge of fashion
Maintain department "runway ready" by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking cash wrap area and sales floor
Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to help customers with purchase decisions
Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and Nordstrom Rewards program
Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up as needed
