Responsibilities

  • Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions while delivering excellent customer service
  • Keep service quick, easy, and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing knowledge of fashion
  • Maintain department "runway ready" by straightening up, lightly cleaning, and restocking cash wrap area and sales floor
  • Stay informed on key fashion trends and products to help customers with purchase decisions
  • Build relationships with customers by informing them about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and Nordstrom Rewards program
  • Support other store areas including order fulfillment and order pick-up
