Responsibilities

Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
Working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
Providing service to guests that exceeds expectations
Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor (as a Seasonal General Merchandise Expert or similar role)
Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency, and improvement
