Requirements

Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI and have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, building customer relationships, resolving complaints, and identifying/solving customer issues is required, preferably with a premium brand. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Availability to work evenings and weekends with a flexible/variable schedule is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives will provide outstanding service to customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. They will offer support regarding Minted products, promotions, and order information, assist with order processing and design customization, and thoroughly document customer interactions in the CRM. Representatives are expected to utilize support tools and training to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and share them with leadership. They must also attain high quality and productivity KPIs.
