2+ years of quality and/or operations experience
1+ years leading a team in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Manage staffing and training for the Sealing department, investing in your team's long-term growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning where team members are encouraged to be curious and grow their skills
Monitor quality and productivity to ensure every item receives the care it deserves
Build departmental morale and team spirit by leading with kindness and treating others with respect, always assuming positive intent, seeking out diverse perspectives, and creating an inclusive environment
Create effective solutions by first sharing context and ensuring the team understands the goal, the problem, and why it needs to be solved, questioning assumptions and providing accurate data to help find solutions
Ensure proper procedures are followed and implement improvements that minimize errors
