Requirements

  • Appreciation of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, specifically with proven experience in formal verification and certification processes
  • Keen delivery focus, with ability to work proactively and flexibly across multiple variant programmes where priorities can change quickly
  • Ability to respond quickly when programme priorities change
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, to work in multi-disciplinary teams and build relationships with interfacing teams
  • Knowledge in the use of DOORS is required
  • British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship (security clearance requirements)
  • Ability to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

  • Task planning, budgeting and management of verification activities to ensure completion on time, cost and quality
  • Support to, and review of, Subsystem evidence and outputs to enable Systems activities
  • Non-compliance generation, maintenance and reporting
  • Certification and Modification Register maintenance and reporting
  • Task management of Verification and Validation Activities
  • Support to generation of documentation (e.g. Trials Requirement Documents and Product Trials Clearance Certificates) and closure of Reviews (e.g. Regression Test Panels) to enable trials and evidence collation
  • Support to System level compliance evidence generation and certification, including generation of System Verification documentation (e.g. Compliance Matrices and Certificates of Design)
