Responsibilities

  • OUTBOUND: Generate interest in Viseven products & services by proactively reaching out to prospects via digital channels and calls
  • OUTBOUND: Research and analyze market trends, target companies, and buyer persona
  • OUTBOUND: Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects and potential partners
  • OUTBOUND: Act as a consultant and identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • OUTBOUND: Run meetings with prospects and potential partners to generate interest and define pains and come up with relevant solutions
  • OUTBOUND: Work with the CRM: collect, monitor, and update information, checking if data is accurate
  • OUTBOUND: Qualify or disqualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives to close sales. Handoff leads as per approved flow
  • OUTBOUND: Maximize your LinkedIn profile and grow your network
  • OUTBOUND: Report on results to the Deputy and Unit Head
  • INBOUND: Process inbound requests during the assigned working hours
  • INBOUND: Process MQLs within 2 hours of initial contact
  • INBOUND: Proactively reach out to marketing qualified contacts to generate interest and create the context for developing new opportunities
  • INBOUND: Follow the Outbound list of activities
  • INBOUND: Reply to customer inbound (incoming) calls
  • PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Develop opportunities with potential and existing clients
  • PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Generate new opportunities (new revenue streams) in the entrusted Clients
  • PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Close deals by preparing & pitching proposals for the UVP to potential and existing Clients
  • PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Sign MSA, SOW and initiate Project team allocation for the projects after receiving POs
  • PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Be a consultant for a Client in all related to the business matters
  • PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT: Build trustful relations with the Client
