Responsibilities

The SCUK Customer Service Advisor will answer a high volume of calls and interact with customers via live chat and email, addressing their day-to-day needs and complex queries with the aim of providing resolution on the first call. They will investigate customer queries, escalate issues as needed, ensure service and customer demand are met to a high standard within agreed turnaround times, liaise with other teams to advocate for customers, and be empathetic to customers’ personal circumstances to provide personalized solutions. Additionally, they will be a digital communications expert, assisting customers digitally using their own devices and working across a specified shift pattern, including bank holidays.
