Responsibilities

顧客の経営課題を踏まえた中長期の物流・製造領域における将来構想策定の主導（ロードマップ設計・KPI体系設計など）
大規模または複雑な案件におけるプロジェクトマネジメント全体の統括、およびクライアント上層部との折衝・合意形成
社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ高度なファシリテーション、並びにチーム全体のナレッジマネジメント
新規案件の発掘・提案活動（ヒアリング・課題整理・仮説構築・提案書作成・プレゼンテーション）
物流・生産スキームの刷新に向けた施策立案、構想整理、導入におけるリスクマネジメントおよび効果測定
コンサルタントの指導・育成とプロジェクト内での品質確保
その他上記に付随するシニアコンサルタントの業務
