The position offers a monthly salary system with evaluations and salary revisions twice a year in January and July, along with bonuses twice a year during the same periods.

The role is based at Tokyo headquarters or Okazaki office with assignment to your preferred location and no transfers. It features a flextime system with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00 and a 60-minute break.

Candidates must have one of the following: experience in strategic planning for manufacturing base restructuring, leading manufacturing DX or logistics automation at a consulting firm, or negotiation experience with executive directors or C-level executives.
