Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and compute platforms
Experience as a senior-level engineer, capable of owning and driving complex, cross-functional projects
Strong empathy for developers and a proven track record of building platforms and tooling that improve their productivity
Docker/Linux background
Deep CI/CD expertise with modern CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
Kubernetes fluency, with experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting production-grade Kubernetes deployments (AWS EKS preferred)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Pulumi or Terraform
