Requirements

  • BSc degree in microbiology/biomedical science/biochemistry/biology, or equivalence
  • At least 3 years working experience in field applications, preferable in IVD industry
  • Experience on leading the project implementation is preferable
  • Highly motivated with passion and target driven
  • Technical strength and demonstration capability is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration with global, regional and local team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to work independently and meet the project schedule
  • May need to work irregular hours for special meetings and marketing events

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily follow up for customers of Immuno-Diagnostics Business, especially in the field application work for customers
  • Daily follow up for customers of Microbiology Business, especially in the field application work for customers
  • Responsible for Pre-Sales and Marketing Activities under SDG HK
  • Establish & achieve Strategic Tasks and Projects aligned with the Manager
  • Provide Professional Technical Application Support and Product Training for Customers
  • Handle Product Management and Customers' Complaints
  • Be responsible for the project implementation
