Requirements

3+ years of experience in test management with a focus on SAP projects
Extensive experience with SAP implementations, integrations, and upgrades, including S/4HANA
Proficiency in defining and implementing test strategies for SAP environments, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders)

Responsibilities

Define and manage the testing strategy and execution for mid-complex SAP implementations and upgrades
Develop and oversee test plans, cases, and schedules to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive effective test planning
Promote continuous improvement within the testing function, incorporating lessons learned and best practices
Ensure adherence to best practices in test management, including defect tracking, risk analysis, and reporting
Act as a key point of contact for all testing activities, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards where applicable
