Requirements

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, role-based permissions, and reporting tools
Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions (a plus)

Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules

Provide technical & functional support across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Succession Planning
Optimize HR workflows, reporting, and integrations to enhance efficiency
Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to drive digital transformation
