Requirements

7+ years of SAP hands-on experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP MM module
At least 1 S/4HANA end-to-end implementation experience and at least 3 end-to-end SAP ECC implementation experiences
Knowledge of processes and configurations in procurement, inventory management, and special procurement processes (subcontracting, 3rd party scenarios, stock transport orders, scheduling agreements, contracts)
Experience writing functional specifications for WRICEF
S/4HANA MM Certification preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps
Experience and knowledge of Activate Methodology
Knowledge of additional modules like SD, PM, PP, and PS preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivating and able to plan own work
Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with IT focus (preferred); Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to travel to client site around 50% of the time (hybrid work location)

Responsibilities

Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables (benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures)
Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and professional organizations/affiliations
Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and consultation with experts, tailored for client and culture
Estimate total effort for the application team within area of expertise
Lead design workshops with the client
Lead the delivery team on small and large projects
Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality
Contribute to knowledge base of the SAP Practice
