Requirements

  • 5-8 years as SAP MM Consultant
  • At least one end-to-end implementation project and support of SAP MM solutions across all phases
  • Strong experience with S/4HANA MM including FIORI-based processes
  • Hands-on configuration experience in MM capabilities, including purchasing, inventory, and invoice processing
  • Experience in designing and defining MM org structure within P2P area
  • Proficiency in special procurement processes: Standard, Consignment, Subcontracting, Third-party, and stock transport orders
  • Configuration of procurement processes: PR, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements, Scheduling agreement Release (FC/JIT), Procurement of Non-stock Material, Service Procurement
  • Configuration of pricing determination process, pricing procedures, condition types, automatic account determination, and valuation (moving average/standard cost)
  • Setup of release strategies, document types, output determination process, and approval workflows
  • Oversight of inventory processes: goods receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and reservations
  • Invoice Verification: Logistics Invoice Verification, GR/IR clearing
  • Integration knowledge with SAP FI, WM, PP, SD modules, and Ariba GBB and SCC
  • Experience in preparation of functional specifications for technical objects: Reports, Forms, Enhancements, and Interfaces
  • Experience and knowledge in IDocs monitoring and processing
  • Data Migration experience: Mass changes, extensive usage of LSMW and SAP Queries
  • Ariba GBB & SCC: Experience in Ariba Guided Buying process, Workflow process; Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration on Business Network in Standard Procurement, Consignment, Forecast, SMI Processes

Responsibilities

  • Perform all system maintenance, project development, and migration projects at DXC
  • Lead the team responsible for all development tasks within SAP Projects from idea, technical design, implementation, quality assurance, testing, to cut-over support
  • Take leadership and ownership of delivery and contractual requirements across managed environments
  • Manage, implement, and strategize the design, development, and implementation of customizations and enhancements in Material Management (MM)
  • Handle integrations to Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Ariba System for Ariba GBB and SCC functionalities
  • Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
  • Provide technical support and maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies like S/4 HANA and industry/market domain knowledge
  • Analyze clients' Materials Management procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions leveraging SAP MM best practices
  • Configure SAP MM procurement processes such as PR, PO, contracts, scheduling agreements, pricing procedures, account determination, and valuation classes
  • Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration) to ensure the SAP MM solution functions correctly and meets requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and custom developments
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
