Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business or technology, and a minimum of four years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the financial services industry and Salesforce CPQ and billing experience, particularly with product setup, product options, price rules, and product rules. Salesforce certifications or a willingness to obtain an Admin certification within the first year are also desired. Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential, along with effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to build consensus and work effectively in a dynamic development environment within large, global teams.
The Salesforce Business Analyst will manage projects for Salesforce.com implementations or customizations from an Agile perspective end-to-end, acting as an Agile Scrum Master, facilitating meetings, and digging into technical details surrounding software product requirements. They will work with Product Owners to fill in technical gaps in requirements, eliminate impediments, support change management, identify ways to better utilize Salesforce, and build a high-performing team through continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves managing CPQ and Billing projects, performing Salesforce configurations such as building flows, reports, and lightning pages, and providing troubleshooting skills to debug issues. The position requires the ability to resolve conflict and nurture self-organizing teams.
