Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
  • OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
  • OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (for degrees earned outside the US, must satisfy requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design to implementation, adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills
  • Work with stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower level professionals
  • Manage large projects or processes with considerable latitude in determining deliverables and limited oversight
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to lower level specialists
  • Contribute to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy, impacting work group results
  • Manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area
  • Solve moderately complex problems through detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation; develop and implement solutions independently to enhance performance
  • Represent the organization as primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicate with internal/external customers and vendors at various levels
  • Negotiate with others to reach agreements and influence decision-making
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area
