Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
OR Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (for degrees earned outside the US, must satisfy requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A))

Responsibilities

Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design to implementation, adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills
Work with stakeholders to achieve desired results
Act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of lower level professionals
Manage large projects or processes with considerable latitude in determining deliverables and limited oversight
Coach, review, and delegate work to lower level specialists
Contribute to defining the direction for new products, processes, standards, or operational plans based on business strategy, impacting work group results
Manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area
Solve moderately complex problems through detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation; develop and implement solutions independently to enhance performance
Represent the organization as primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicate with internal/external customers and vendors at various levels
Negotiate with others to reach agreements and influence decision-making
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area
Manage major/moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work, review of work products, and acting as a team leader
