Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct new sales hire training classes, continuously optimizing and improving the content and curriculum based on success metrics
  • Directly manage new hires for several months post training during their ramping phase
  • Lead ad hoc and regularly scheduled training courses for the sales team to drive specific key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and improve systems that enable new hires and existing agents to be successful
  • Work in agent development, leading new insurance agent training classes and teaching new hires everything they need to be successful at Steadily
  • Work closely with existing agents to facilitate ongoing development including the creation and maintenance of training guides and resources
