Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales training, sales management, or enablement, with a proven focus on deal coaching and closing performance
  • Expertise in challenger-based, transactional, and consultative sales approaches, especially as applied in fast-moving, high-volume environments

Responsibilities

  • Drive Closing Performance: Partner with Sales Managers to identify and address key friction points in the sales process—from proposal to close—to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
  • Coach at the Point of Action: Deliver individualized and small-group coaching based on live calls, deal reviews, and pipeline analysis. Focus on positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and closing behaviors
  • Design Practical Training for Closers: Build and deliver targeted training programs and reinforcement sessions that sharpen “in the moment” selling skills for tenured AEs and new closers
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Align closing enablement strategies with go-to-market priorities, compensation levers, and performance goals
  • Create Enablement Assets: Develop playbooks, talk tracks, closing frameworks, and real-world exercises that turn knowledge into action
  • Analyze and Optimize: Leverage sales performance data (e.g., call conversion rates, deal stage progression) to identify trends, training needs, and measurable improvements
  • Foster a Coaching Culture: Equip frontline managers with the tools and techniques to coach effectively and sustain performance gains beyond training sessions
