Students of the 3rd-6th year of study or fresh university graduates
Upper-intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian
Valid driver’s license (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to work in a hybrid mode (3 days/week from the office in Kyiv)
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Work with key market retailers (like Metro, ATB, Eva) to understand customer needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions
Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies
Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
Develop negotiating and sales skills, as well as financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)
Deliver projects related to real customers
Influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level
