Requirements

  • University bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Must have team management experience (Team Leader experience is mandatory), with at least 2 years of successful track record leading a team
  • Experience in foreign trade payment collection, foreign trade SaaS, cross-border e-commerce, ERP, or related industries preferred
  • Extremely strong self-motivation and strict execution ability

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business development (BD) team, focusing on B2B foreign trade customer market to expand cross-border payment business
  • Participate in formulating sales strategies, including industry demand exploration, product and solution standardization (designing cash flow solutions combining company's diverse collection, management, and payment product capabilities), pricing and promotional packaging, market strategies, etc.; act as spokesperson for industry dynamics and customer needs
  • Set sales targets and break down sales plans; optimize sales processes and sales management tools for the business under jurisdiction
  • Ensure company strategies are implemented and executed, and take responsibility for achieving revenue and transaction volume targets
  • Effectively manage personal and entire business development team performance; manage the quantity and quality of sales work, including sales performance achievement and sales behavior processes
  • Adjust promotion and sales strategies in a timely manner based on sales data, external market changes, etc
  • Timely and effectively identify underperforming team members and improve their sales performance through co-visits, training, and other means
  • Efficiently collaborate with other departments including operations, product, marketing, strategy, client managers, and services; proactively promote cross-departmental collaboration, changes, and initiatives beneficial to business development
  • Leverage deep industry resources and sales capabilities to connect with potential customers through personal networks, external resources, industry activities, etc., and conduct business cooperation
  • Stay sensitive to and track various information in industry-related fields; explore and promote new business cooperation models to bring sustainable development to the company's business
