Requirements

  • Solid Inside Sales experience and experience in leading and growing Sales teams
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment and working with Small-Medium Sized Businesses (SMB’s)
  • Inspiring personality that motivates others to follow, smash targets, and consider team input
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate ideas into actions and measurable objectives
  • Experience leading a sales team in a fast-growing business, continuously searching for better ways of working based on various sales methodologies (Inbound, Inside Sales, Field)
  • Highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent, with a high-energy, honest, efficient, and result-oriented working style; resilient
  • Fluent in French and top-class English speaker (all global team communication in English)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and consolidate the Sales team using knowledge of sales methodologies (Inbound, Inside Sales, Field); train, coach, mentor, and support for peak performance
  • Manage a team of Sales Specialists in Paris, keeping focus on top priorities, pushing for peak performance, mindset, and well-being
  • Create team cohesion, strong communication, and new challenges to motivate and inspire
  • Develop and maintain high sales performance through constant training
  • Support people growth through coaching and side projects in their areas of expertise
  • Set up and manage KPIs (volume of leads, opportunities conversion rate, new saving stores, sales cycle, call performance) through data analysis and action plans with the team
  • Propose action plans based on analysis to optimize team performance (people, tools, processes)
  • Work with the Head of Independent Partners to develop a strong and consistent Sales strategy for France
  • Collaborate with global functions and international peers to identify and implement best practices from other countries in France
  • Work closely with Global Teams (Global Sales Indies, Global Lead Generation) to develop efficient tools
  • Anticipate future challenges and ambitions, raising the bar for yourself, the team, and the business
