Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Supply chain, reverse logistics, or mobile device experience (desired)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to sales staff
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments, return requests, and order status to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for portfolio customers, engaging in direct communication via phone and email with a broad buyer base, building strong relationships and understanding client needs
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals to deepen understanding of sales strategies and best practices
  • Uphold Assurant policies and guidelines, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Collaborate proactively with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives
  • Distribute marketing emails, sales announcements, and NPS/CX surveys to drive engagement and awareness
  • Provide coverage for team members during Paid Time Off (PTO), ensuring continuity of service
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer feedback, sales activities, priorities, projects, and buyer data
  • Participate in and document continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
