The Sales Support Specialist will assist with pricing and deal workflows, including preparing pricing and deal structures, creating and managing order forms, and generating quotes using CPQ tools. This role involves overseeing and maintaining CRM records, including account data and opportunity updates. The specialist will act as an internal liaison, submitting and following up on requests with departments such as Billing, Legal, and Support, and ensuring smooth sales processes by working with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Pre-Sales. Additionally, they will provide customer support by explaining aspects of deals on calls with Account Executives and conducting research for sales meetings. The role also includes supporting team success by maintaining trackers for cross-functional challenges and working towards their resolution.
