  • FINRA Series 6 & 63 License required
  • Series 7 strongly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills in a phone environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Background in Defined Contribution products or retail products

Responsibilities

  • Support Internal Sales Representatives with internal rollovers & consolidation of outside retirement assets into Participants' new retirement accounts
  • Assist self-directed customers with funding into new online accounts
  • Ensure all inbound calls from Participants are directed appropriately
  • Make outbound calls to participants for outstanding paperwork or status of rollover
  • Make outbound calls to outside carriers to check status of rollover or obtain status
  • Assist participants with obtaining signatures from Plan Sponsor/TPA/Signature guarantees
  • Handle participant inquiries on status and build working relationships with internal partners
  • Produce analyses, sales proposals, and sales illustrations
  • Communicate with agents and/or brokers to answer inquiries and resolve problems
  • Develop marketing programs for assigned cases
  • Promote product lines through marketing efforts via telephone, mail, and field interaction
  • Coordinate seminars/training for agents, clients, and/or brokers
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
