  • More than 3 years management experience, channel management background and validated leadership abilities is preferable
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and manage a sales territory
  • Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace
  • Manage the sales cycle
  • Efficiently and proactively lead account managers’ performance through regular reviews & other company-standard processes etc
  • Ensure your team align with Company procedures and policies
  • Continually measure personal and team success against business plans making the crucial challenges, interventions and decisions to successfully deliver, or exceed plan expectations
  • Lead the sales team to drive sales strategies to meet plan and expand business within assigned territory; ensure team maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Develop team to maintain effective customer relations with purchasing and end user within assigned territory
  • Leverage available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively with cross-functional team of supplier and internal resources
  • Manage pricing within territory to control profitability
  • Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management
  • Cultivate effective work behaviors and nurture a hard-working team
